Frequently Asked Questions About 12"x15" Personalized Sports Team Logo Plaques
What do I get on the sports plaque?
You get a high quality 12"x15" plaque with a premium photo of your favorite sports team logo, up to 2 randomly selected basic trading cards (layout varies, please see options), and one engraved plate (size varies, see options). Top holders and engraved plates are affixed to the plaque with permanent adhesive, but the 8"x10" photo and 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" player card(s) are completely replaceable. Custom orders can be accommodated if you'd prefer to receive another 8"x10" premium photo (options vary), upgraded playing card(s), or a customized engraved name plate.
Where can I hang my sports plaque?
You can hang your sports plaque anywhere indoors, as long as you have something stable to hang it on! Hang it in your man cave or den!
Can you engrave my favorite sports team or player name?
Unfortunately no, at this time we cannot. While we have access to use officially licensed photos or player cards, we are forbidden from engraving names under current licensing laws.
What kind of player card am I getting?
Our plaques are sold with basic player trading cards. If you are interested in purchasing rookie cards, memorabilia cards, autographed cards, or short prints, please request a custom order.
How long does the shipping and handling take? I need my plaque rush ordered!!
Please note that sports plaques are MADE TO ORDER. This is a good thing as materials are clean, prints are vibrant, and ready to be displayed! However, it means we do not process overnight orders, so please plan your order ahead of time.
Generally, we ship 7-10 business days after the order is placed, or the following business day after details and materials are gathered. We will keep you up to date periodically about the status of your order.
Our plaques are shipped USPS First Class Mail by default, but overnight shipping is available to customers that need their order right away. You can have your plaques shipped overnight by selecting Overnight Shipping at checkout.
Since our plaques are made to order, we rarely accept expedition requests. However, we love helping our customers wherever possible. Feel free to contact us and we'll see if we can help you.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind all of our products, however issues in production and shipping can happen. So if you’re not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Please be aware that this policy does not cover misuse done to our plaques.
